The Spring Garden neighborhood of Philadelphia has a new gem in its midst: Brunch N, a black-women owned and operated restaurant that opened its doors to the public in 2022. 

Brunch N's menu features a selection of black southern-inspired dishes, including fan-favorites like Shrimp and Grits, Chicken and Waffles, and Peach and Cream Cheese stuffed French Toast. I ordered the Shrimp and Grits and loved how creamy and seasoned the grits were. The owners have put their foot into these classic dishes, infusing them with bold flavors and  high-quality ingredients.
